We offer time-boxed engagements: 60-90 day sprints for scoped deliverables and 3-6 month fixed-term contracts for ongoing support. Longer term engagements are possible depending on scope and fit. After an initial consultation, we scope the project, define clear deliverables and success metrics, set up a disciplined process and work with a weekly cadence to keep momentum.
Rivium is sector-specialized, boutique and founder-led. You work directly with Tejal, who brings 25 years of hands-on experience in large-scale water/wastewater projects as a CTO and technical leader. We focus on practical execution, not just strategy, with clear deliverables like gate-ready packs, pilot decision packs, and risk registers. No junior teams, no handoffs.
Rivium is based in Norway and serves clients internationally. Our primary market is Europe/Nordics, but we are happy to take assignments across North America, MENA and emerging markets, depending on fit. We have the flexibility to travel or engage remotely.
